Testing Services

Metropolitan Community College Testing Services supports a diverse community of learners and strives to provide relevant, student-centered educat/ional support in assessment testing. We are committed to providing professional and comprehensive proctoring services to our students and community members. OPE电子竞技官网 Testing Services adheres to the professional standards and guidelines of the National College Testing Association.

All OPE电子竞技官网 Testing Center locations are closed for Thanksgiving Break Thursday, November 28th through Sunday, December 1st, 2024.

Services Include:

  • Comprehensive testing for Student Course Placement into OPE电子竞技官网's English and Math courses.
    • The Accuplacer placement assessment for ESL (English as a Second Language) may be completed at any campus or center.
  • Administering OPE电子竞技官网 program admission exams (TEAS, HSRT-AD).
  • Administering OPE电子竞技官网 challenge exams (for credit exams to test out of a specific class).
  • ​Providing a Proctored Testing Environment for students or employees of other institutions.
  • Administering GED exams and professional certifications through Pearson VUE.

NOTE:
Please contact a Testing Center to schedule your appointment for all assessment/exams.

All persons are required to provide a valid photo ID before any type of assessment or exam can be administered.

  • A valid photo ID includes a current (non-expired) government issued photo ID (i.e. current drivers license, state ID card, military ID, or passport).
  • A current Metropolitan Community College student ID card is only accepted for assessment testing for course placement and faculty make up or retake exam proctoring. 
    • If you have questions about acceptable photo ID please contact a Testing Center listed below.

*Fort Omaha, South Omaha, Elkhorn Valley,  Sarpy Center, and Fremont offer GED testing. All candidates must register at www.GED.com to schedule GED testing. Testing Center staff do not have access to schedule, reschedule, or cancel GED appointments.
*Fort Omaha and Elkhorn Valley offer professional certifications for various Exam Sponsors through Pearson Vue.
Testing Center staff do not have access to schedule, reschedule, or cancel Pearson Vue Exam Sponsor appointments.
**The Fremont Area Center does not proctor admission exams for the Nursing program.
